Paragon has recently handed over a fit out for training and personal development company, Positive Outcomes.
Following a competitive bid process, Paragon’s in house design team worked with Positive Outcomes’ Managing Director Chris Longmate to define the brief and to provide a number of designs to support Chris’ vision for his new facility.
The brief was relatively open but the needs of the individual were quite specific. The design team developed a tailored solution for the preferred building that was realised some 4 weeks later at a price of circa £15 ft 2 including fit out, furniture and accessories.
The new office underpins Chris’s commitment to his highly skilled members of staff, with an environment that stimulates and supports the companies’ productivity.
The new facility is a high quality purpose built unit on The Village, Maisies Way, 10 minutes from Junction 28 of the M1.
Positive Outcomes are planning the acquisition of another building having recently secured another major contract.
