We’ve been in the industry for over 21 years and as the workplace has evolved, we’ve kept pace. In fact, we strive to be ahead of the game, constantly training our employees and management, seeking new trends, techniques and opportunities for our clients.
We work across a wide variety of sectors, utilising a vast range of skills honed from studying industry best practice, learning from every project and by embracing feedback, ideas and requests from our clients and skilled employees.
Our people come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some are skilled tradesmen, seeking to utlisise their knowledge within a supportive, sustainable company structure. Many have previously run their own businesses or worked as subcontractors within the industry.
We have MBA, BA (Hons) and BSc graduates working alongside NVQ students and apprentices in our expert divisional teams. The Paragon board is taken from a similarly broad background as we seek to combine the best skills sets from within the business to take us and our clients forward.
With such variety across the business it might be challenging for some to mould these individual parts into a coherent sum but not for us when we know we are united by one key thing – PASSION.
