Guy Dibley – Operations Director
Guy draws upon his formative years in the service industry and latterly, in the interiors fit-out sector, to ensure that his passion for managing service excellence is driven throughout the company.
Joining us in 1998, Guy has continued to develop a team of dedicated delivery specialists who are actively encouraged to take full responsibility and ownership of all their situations. This approach better enables Paragon to deliver on our service promise, as well as to exceed the high demands of our clients, our workforce, our suppliers and sub-contractors alike.
At Board level, Guy has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as Human Resources and Health & Safety responsibilities.
Guy enjoys spending his spare time with his family and ‘grown up’ children, as well as participating in the occasional game of golf and cricket, despite his supposed recent retirement from playing.
